Excellent trip! Thanks to JC and Mark we had an incredible day. JC provided infinite wisdom by sharing "you can't fish on credit," "a slow jerk may work at home but it won't catch a fish" and when you are on JC's boat "we ain't making no movies, reel that thing in..." As for Mark's advice, I believe his boats motto was, "once you feel it hit, rip its lips off." All 9 of us had a great trip and we'd all like to thank Tinker, JC, and Mark for being great guys/great guides and making our fishing trip one to remember... ya'll were awesome and I'm sure we'll be back!

We went on a tour Saturday, August 12. We had a slow start but in the end it was a great trip. Brian did an excellent job finding fish for us. It was pretty crazy that we had to keep throwing back all the big fish. We couldn't catch a small one to save our lives. Thank you so much for a great trip...oh yeah; by the way the bedroom we stayed in was better than a hotel.

Hi Brenda, This note is long overdue, but I thought I would send it to you anyway. We had a great trip in March of 2006. The morning was chilly, but the weather was absolutely perfect for fishing. We limited out by 11:00am. Brian (our guide) was great for putting us on fish and with handling a "black out" (all rods hitting at the same time) condition. This is quite a feat while fishing with a 7 year old, an 8 year old, a dad (me), and a grandpa. The girls still talk about the trip. I still get excited thinking about all of those fish waiting to be caught by us in the future. We had a great time and are looking forward to fishing with ya'll again in the fall.

Just wanted to drop a line and let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed our trip. Our guide was Casey. The first couple of hours we spent looking for a spot and I kind of wondered, well maybe we won't catch any today. Then Casey told us he has never gone out and not caught any fish. He took us to a place where they had caught several just the day before. And before you knew it they were on the hooks one after another. It was great, I Say we caught around 50, total. Casey is great. Being as young as he is, I think he is wise beyond his years. I think you are blessed to have him as part of your team. We will definitely let our friends know about your service. We both work for automobile dealerships and know a lot of people who love to fish. I can't wait to come back and go again.

Does "little David" still guide for y'all? We are coming up may 25th or 26th with Bill Rawdon and I want him to be our (my boat) guide for a few that are going to be in my boat. I fished with him last year and he is GREAT!! He made me want to come back. His demeanor and knowledge and just plain ole friendliness is something I thought was gone, he is just the best!
 

I just wanted to take a moment and tell ya'll how much fun we (my dad, brother and I) had this past weekend fishing with ya'll. Our guide, Brian, was excellent, and everyone at Tinkers was friendly, helpful and courteous. The lodging was great and we really had a blast catching a bunch of fish. Tinker & guides, we were supposed to have fished with you on February 21st. We had arrived and were enjoying your game room when one of our guys got word his 19 year old brother had passed away. We immediately reloaded the van and pulled out at around midnight. We just all wanted to thank you and your crew for understanding our need to leave. It may be this fall before we are able to come back, but we will return.

Tinker I just wanted to take a moment to give you a very heart felt thank-you. It was my brother that passed away that evening. In a time of great need when I was 8 hours from home you guys were very sincere and courteous to my tragedy and for that I thank you. You can bet that we will return again to fish with you.
