Texoma Sunday, June 3, 2001.
Lake level: 619.07. Water Temperature: 71 degrees. Water clarity: Clear. Generation: N/A. Floodgates: Closed. Weather: low 66 / high 88 / partly cloudy. Fishing time: Sunday, 5:30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. At 6:00 A.M. the lake is
just over two feet high. The floodgates were open all week. Friday
and Saturday fishing was slow to poor. By Sunday the stripers had
adjusted to the changing water flow and dropping lake level. Fishing
improved all over the lake Sunday. Our boats brought in 160 Silversides
with the largest weighing in at 18.3 pounds. The next few weeks will be great for catching the hard fighting silversides. Tinker’s Striper Guide Service,
